Ad agencies are the businesses that create and place ads for their clients. The first ad agency was founded in 1868, and today there are thousands of ad agencies around the world.

And, you can bet your bottom dollar, that the most successful ad agencies, are absolute masters at creating attention-grabbing headlines.

4. Newspapers:

Newspapers have been a popular advertising medium since the early days of copywriting. Ads are typically placed on the back page of the paper, where they are seen by the most people. Although, saying that, ads could be placed anywhere in between.

5. Magazines:

Magazines are another popular advertising medium, and they offer a wide range of options for advertisers. Ads can be placed on the front cover, back cover, or anywhere in between too.

6. Radio:

Radio advertising began in the 1920s, and it quickly became a popular way to reach potential customers. Radio ads are typically short and to the point, and they can be very effective in reaching a target audience.

7. TV:

Television advertising is the most expensive type of advertising, but it is also the most effective. TV ads are typically 30 seconds or less, and they reach a large audience.

8. The Internet:

The Internet has become a popular advertising medium in recent years, as it offers a wide reach and a variety of options. Ads can be placed on websites, in email newsletters, and on social networking sites.
